With the idea of presenting Chablis wines as the most elegant and unique brand on the Japanese market, we fashioned a unique tasting event.

An opportunity for guests to recognize and associate the brand with class and quality.

Operational    strategy

Hopscotch Season Japan and Chablis collaborated with Japanese composer Shōtaro Matsunami to create a quartet symphony inspired by Chablis wines, representing their full range of nuances and tastes.

The use of a classical piano reflects Chablis’ rich history, while the light melody of string instruments illustrates the young ambition of the new Chablis crus.

We combined this unique musical environment with traditional elements of wine-tasting events, including a food pairing and guided tasting.
