Operational strategy
The event kicked off with a self-service tasting, where white wines were sublimated through their aromatic profiles – freshness, liveliness, fruitiness and roundness – under the expert eye of sommeliers.
To continue the discovery, an ephemeral bistro, “Le Verre Blanc”, was specially created. Two Rhône Valley experts shared their passion and revealed the full diversity of the region’s white wines.
The event concluded with a white-themed party, hosted by a DJ, with a cocktail bar and photo booth to capture the convivial moments. A teaser was also filmed and broadcast in the local media to promote the event and its spirit.
