Our Creative Strategy
Based on the theme of “The Chinese City”, nine semi-finalists took up the challenge of creating exceptional desserts, with French cream as the star attraction. The candidates sublimated tradition and innovation through sophisticated plated desserts and entremets, paying tribute to local culture and craftsmanship.
The experience showcased the unique qualities of European cream, while capturing the attention of influential professionals through an immersive approach and refined staging.

Our Operational Strategy
The competition was structured around three highlights:
Semi-final: A gourmet plated dessert using classic cream.

Thanks to strong local partnerships and strategic media coverage, this event reinforced the recognition of European cream in the high-end world of Chinese patisserie.
